     More paint. It's difficult to see in the photos, but Todd used some of the green from the frame to paint ghost flames on the tank, and a ghost iron cross on the ends of the oil tank. After color wet sanding and buffing, the tins are ready for assembly. Click photos to Enlarge.
 
     
     
 
 
       After 9 months worth of work, which included going completely through the engine, we're finally starting assembly. We are using modern electronic ignition and electronic charging system controls for reliability. As it would have been back in the day on a bike like this, the wiring loom will be exposed. So we are using cloth loom from a restoration parts supplier.
